During your 30-minute free consultation, we'll explore your grant writing, editing, or management needs, as well as any inquiries about business plans. 

I’ll assess your specific goals, provide initial feedback, and suggest the best path forward to support your projects. This is a great opportunity to clarify your needs and discuss how my services can help you achieve success.

This service includes a detailed review of your finalized grant proposal to ensure it is ready for submission. I will provide minor edits and feedback, including:

- Correcting grammar, spelling, punctuation, and format editing

- Adjusting sentence structure for clarity and flow

- Ensuring compliance with funder guidelines (e.g.. word count, section formatting)

- Offering suggestions for improving readability and persuasiveness within the existing framework

This service focuses on minor edits. It does not include wholesale changes revisions or rewriting of content. If substantial revisions or structural changes are needed, those can be discussed as part of a separate service. 

Base Price: $300 for up to 3 hours of editing work at ($100/hr).

*If the review takes longer than 3 hours, additional time will be billed at $125/hr at the client's discretion.

For brief and/or straightforward applications with minimal requirements, typically involving basic details and less complex documentation.

For moderately detailed proposals, typically associated with private foundations or other funding sources requiring more research, customization, and preparation.  

For highly complex, large-scale proposals including federal grants or more involved state-level grants. These require in-depth research, multiple sections, and strategic planning. 

Additional research to support key claims, gather new data, or find new sources of evidence for the proposal.

Creating new sections or content not originally included in the proposal, such as additional budgets, evaluations, or project timelines.

Additional work following proposal submission, such as addressing funder questions, making revisions based on feedback, or providing supplementary materials.

Base Price: $100/hr.

This package is designed for managing a single, straightforward grant, including tasks like tracking deadlines, ensuring compliance, updating timelines, and preparing basic progress reports. Ideal for smaller grants with minimal reporting and documentation requirements.

For more complex grants, this package includes advanced grant management services, such as detailed reporting, milestone tracking, and managing multiple compliance requirements. Tailored for larger grants with more intricate documentation and reporting needs.

For small businesses or startups needing a straightforward business plan. This includes a basic business model, target market analysis, simple financial projections, and an overview of the company’s goals and strategies. Ideal for clients looking for a simple internal document or to guide their early-stage business decisions.

For more established businesses or clients seeking a comprehensive, detailed business plan. This includes in-depth market research, competitive analysis, advanced financial projections (3-5 years), and a strategic growth plan. Ideal for securing investments, loans, or preparing for major business decisions.

I offer business plan editing services to refine and enhance your existing proposal. I focus on improving clarity, structure, and overall presentation, ensuring your plan is professional, persuasive, and aligned with your goals. This service includes grammar checks, formatting adjustments, and suggestions for clearer communication.

I teach participants how to identify and approach potential corporate sponsors to support their projects. I cover the basics of crafting sponsorship proposals, building mutually beneficial relationships, and negotiating terms. Participants will also learn how to tailor their pitch to different sponsors, maximize value for both parties, and manage sponsorships effectively throughout the partnership.
